BAKER SIGNS OFF ON CANNABIS COMMISSION $$$
Gov. Charlie Baker opposed the ballot question legalizing the sale and adult use of marijuana but has cooperated since its passage in helping to ensure that the system voters approved is implemented.
On Monday afternoon, Baker signed legislation appropriating $2.7 million for the Cannabis Control Commission, the group charged with overseeing the new law.
