VHAY CONFIRMED FOR LAND COURT JUDGESHIP
A lawyer who cut his teeth on a major scandal revolving around the National Security Council will spend the next phase of his career digging into land use after the Governor's Council approved him for a spot on the Land Court.
The council unanimously confirmed Michael Vhay for a judgeship on the court that handles property matters, foreclosures and real estate tax liens cases.
