MUELLER APPOINTMENT THICKENS PLOT IN RUSSIA PROBE

President Trump on Wednesday night predicted a special counsel investigation would show no collusion between his campaign and any foreign entity and the top law enforcement official in Massachusetts said it was "vital" that Robert Mueller III have full autonomy in his probe into efforts by the Russian government to influence last year's presidential election.
