DEMS SAY GAMING COMMISSION NEEDS TO EXAMINE WYNN $$$

The Massachusetts Democratic Party is pushing back after a state gaming regulator said a potential review of donations by casino magnate Steve Wynn would be better suited for the Office of Campaign and Political Finance.

"This is in the Gaming Commission law, and they're the ones that need to investigate this, and moreover they're the ones that need to take it into account in the decision of the fitness of Wynn Resorts," Jim Roosevelt, the party's legal counsel, said.
