DONOGHUE: "I HAVE MADE NO DETERMINATION" ON LOWELL POST

On the heels of Senate presidency contender Linda Forry bolting for a job outside the State House, Sen. Eileen Donoghue on Wednesday suggested that she is being courted to replace the retiring city manager in Lowell.

"I have made no determination," Donoghue said when asked if she is interested in succeeding former state representative Kevin Murphy as Lowell city manager when he retires April 1.
