10:00......Joins transportation officials Thursday to discuss the "widespread availability" of real-time bus location and arrival information for the T's bus system users. Patrick will be at Ruggles Station at 10 a.m. along with MBTA General Manager Richard Davey and Mass Department of Transportation board members. According to an MBTA advisory, bus locator and arrival information will be available for all 187 T bus routes in 47 cities and towns
