ALOISI ADDRESSES TRANSPORTATION REFORM, REVENUE AND THE FUTURE OF MASS. TRANSIT: State Secretary of Transportation Jim Aloisi commented on the transportation reform bills of both the Patrick administration and the legislature today, as he spoke to Move Massachusetts, a group of transportation advocates. Aloisi also announced a new directive from his office requiring that all MEPA filings benefiting  a transportation agency or authority be subject to a process of review and comment before the filing is sent to the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs for approval.
