TUFTS EXPANDS R.I. PRESENCE WITH NEW MEDICAID PLAN
Tufts Health Plan has been selected by officials in Rhode Island to provide a new Medicaid option in that state.
The nod from the Rhode Island Executive Office of Health and Human Services for Tufts' RITogether plan marks the first new Medicaid option in that state in seven years, according to Tufts, which has 1.1 million members in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.
