PRO-CHOICE GROUP ENDORSES KERRIGAN IN 3CD

The endorsements are coming early in the crowded Third Congressional District race and Steve Kerrigan of Lancaster on Tuesday hauled in the backing of NARAL Pro-Choice America

"At a time when our basic rights are under attack like never before, Steve is a shining example of what a pro-choice champion can be," Ilyse Hogue, president of the nation's leading pro-choice advocacy group, said in a statement. "I’ve seen first-hand how Steve has personally dedicated his passion and his energy to fighting for the rights and wellbeing of others, from defending a woman’s right to access abortion to demanding equality for all. That selfless drive and determination will make him an exceptional leader in Congress, who will never stop fighting for Massachusetts." - Michael P. Norton/SHNS
