CHELSEA, REVERE, WINTHROP TEAM UP ON HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Working with area hospitals and non-profits, officials in Chelsea, Revere and Winthrop are urging residents to participate in a community health needs assessment, with the hope that programs and services can be tailored to survey results.

"This is one of the first regional assessments of its type in Massachusetts," Jeff Stone, director of the North Suffolk Public Health Collaborative, said in a statement Thursday announcing the effort.
