FORMER PROSECUTOR NOW CHAIRING SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY BOARD

The Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board is seeing turnover at the top for the second time in seven months. Kevin Hayden, the board's former general counsel, said he recently assumed the position of acting chair of the board and expects to be named to the job permanently. He is also serving as managing director of the board.
