Is there a secret deal between the House and Senate to loosen the confines of non-agreements between employers and employees? Judiciary Committee Chairman Will Brownsberger suggested that possibility last Thursday night while speaking against an amendment offered by Sen. Bruce Tarr dealing with the application of non-compete agreements to franchisees or franchisors.
