The House on Wednesday unanimously passed a $1.295 billion bond bill to fund climate change adaptation and mitigation efforts by cities and towns. Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy Chair Thomas Golden said the "Greenworks" bill is designed to be flexible and let each community identify the problems it wishes to tackle.
