Struggling restaurants are one step closer to offering cocktails to-go after the House passed legislation Wednesday that extends a means of survival to eateries during the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill (H 4767) would also cap third-party delivery service fees and waive interest and penalties on late meals tax payments.
