In a brief Monday session, the House sent to committee legislation (HD 5139) placing a moratorium on the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System exams as a requirement for high school graduation, educators' evaluation, or schools' accountability through the 2022-23 school year. The bill appears to be the House companion to Sen. Jo Comerford legislation sitting in the Committee on Education and open for written testimony through Monday afternoon.
