The House came out of the weekend ready to advance some local bills concerning school energy energy projects and senior tax exemptions, but barring something unexpected happening it does not appear there will be a formal session this week to take up any of the major bills before conference committees, or the $424 million closeout budget bill (H 5014) Gov. Charlie Baker has filed Sept. 30 to balance the books for the fiscal year that ended on June 30.
