Councilors Reveal Reasons for Opposition to State Spending Warrant

Two Governor's Council members explained to their colleagues Wednesday they have been voting for months against regularly approved financial warrants because they have been unable to get a detailed breakdown of the spending included, prompting the state comptroller to contend that his offers of help have gone unanswered.
