The Senate on Thursday approved its pandemic policy extensions bill (S 2467), which -- if it can get through the House and signed into law by Gov. Charlie Baker by Tuesday -- will prevent popular COVID-19 adaptations like remote public meetings, mail-in voting and takeout cocktails from lapsing when the state of emergency ends on June 15.
