Galvin: It's Too Late To Mail In Ballots For Tuesday

Massachusetts voters who have not yet mailed their ballot for Tuesday's municipal elections should deliver it themselves or vote in-person, and ballots dropped into the mail in recent days might not arrive in time to count, the state's top elections official said Monday.
