The House adopted six orders Monday placing legislative amendments to the constitution on the Constitutional Convention calendar for its first scheduled meeting of the new session Wednesday. Among them is the closely followed surtax on household income over $1 million (H 86) that advocates say can generate over $2 billion in funding for education and transportation.
