Family Bonds On Goldberg's Mind as She Begins Third Term

As she began her third four-year term as state treasurer Wednesday, Deborah Goldberg opted against detailing the specifics of what she hopes to accomplish with the new governor and Legislature and instead took a decidedly philosophical approach to her inauguration remarks.
