HOUSE LAWMAKERS ADD $7.3 MILLION TO PUBLIC HEALTH

House lawmakers created a "mobile integrated health care program" to provide care to patients in and out of health care settings in order to prevent unnecessary hospital re-admittance. Lawmakers included the program in an omnibus amendment to the state budget dealing with public health.
