Source: Shack Won't Qualify for Ballot in Fourth District

Former state Comptroller Thomas Shack will fall short of qualifying to run for Congress this summer, unable to collect the required signatures after a late entrance to the 4th Congressional District race and the constraints put on politicking by the coronavirus, according to a source close to the campaign.
