Amendments Weave Environmental Justice Into State's Permitting

With the climate policy bill amendments the governor sent back Sunday, Massachusetts could have the opportunity to become the first state to build an environmental justice framework into the permitting process for major building projects, Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary Kathleen Theoharides said.
